How many guests can your venue hold?

  • Legacy can accommodate up to 300 guests at a time in the indoor and outdoor settings. Therefore, if there is inclement weather, we are easily able to have the event in the large beautiful indoor facility.

How can we see the facility?

  • You can easily schedule a tour here on our Tour the Venue page. If you are traveling from out of town, we can set up a virtual tour for your convenience.

Do you require a deposit and are there payment plans available?

  • Yes, due the high demand of bookings, we require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. We then require the remaining amount of your cost to be paid in full prior to 30 days from your event date. You are able to make as many payments as you would like from the time of booking up until your payment deadline.

Are we allowed to use our own vendors?

  • Yes! We welcome all vendors and also have a list of preferred vendors to choose from. We want your event to be unique and special to you, so we will embrace all businesses and individuals who want to help you create your beautiful vision.

Do you allow alcohol?

  • Yes, we do allow alcohol at the event, but all alcohol must be served by a TABC certified bartender and a licensed security guard must also be present at the event. We follow all Texas state laws and are strict in abiding by these requirements.

Will you have staff and/or a coordinator the day of and during the event?

  • Legacy has an outstanding team of people who have been there for several years and are very experienced in the wedding operations. Our team will set up all ceremony seating areas, reception tables and chairs and help with event details, vendors and guests. We also have staff that will clean up the venue after your event.

Do you allow pets?

  • We are a pet friendly facility, with some stipulations. All dogs, horses or other pets can be allowed only with preapproval from Legacy staff. Dogs, horses etc. are welcome to be a part of the ceremony or used in pictures. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed under roof or near food. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom.

Do you provide tablecloths, napkins, and place settings for the tables?

  • No, we do not. Legacy provides a beautiful venue space, tables, chairs, and some table décor for your event. Linens can be rented through us, but are NOT included in the rental fee. You are also welcome to bring your own linens and we can help set that up with our preferred linen rental companies. Due to the many options of colors, fabrics, textures, sizes, runners, and so much more, we want you to be able to pick out exactly what you want for your special day.

What form of payment do you accept?

  • We accept cash, check or credit card payments. Please note: all credit card payments will require an additional card processing fee in addition to your payment.

Do you require we purchase insurance for our event/wedding?

  • We do not require event insurance but we HIGHLY recommend every client purchase some type of liability and/or cancellation insurance for your big day. Are we allowed to visit the venue with our coordinator/vendors and are we able to use the venue for bridal portraits, engagement pictures, etc.?

  • Yes, absolutely! We love for our clients to have the most fun and exciting time during the planning process, and we want everyone to feel prepared for your big day. We also have a beautiful setting for any type of bridal/engagement photos or fun bridal party photo shoots!
